Garners Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under our company number 328346. We specialise in gardening products and services, we have a large pet shop, a newly extended craft centre, beautiful gift departments, and supply a large range of garden furniture, tools and DIY equipment. We now also stock a wide range of Regatta clothing, footwear, rucksacks and travel accessories with at least 30% of SRP. We also have a warm and inviting cafe that serves freshly cooked meals daily. Products can either be ordered direct for home delivery or be collected from our store at Newcastle Under-Lyme. After selecting your products from the listings on offer you can proceed to the checkout page. The site uses a secure online payment authorisation service that will process your card details and take a payment from your nominated card provider.

Prices shown on our website may be different to in-store. To receive online prices, you must order online.
The prices detailed against the various listings we offer for sale are clearly displayed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any excise duties and are VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The additional delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of order and the postcode of the delivery address.
Delivery to our collect in store destination in Newcastle Under-Lyme is free.
With certain products our prices may differ in-store with the prices that are online.
Collect from Store
When selecting to purchase direct from store please select the click and collect option. This transaction may take up to 72 hours to enable the stock to be put to one side. There is no cost for delivery when collecting in store.
It is essential that arrangements are made to take delivery of your products when we deliver the goods in accordance with our stated delivery times for the delivery charge you have paid.
It is possible to click and arrange to collect instore at the price advertised on the Garners Garden Centre site. Transfer of stock may take up to 72hrs particularly around weekends, but you will be able to collect at the online price by pre-ordering in advance.
Orders that are next day or same day delivery only apply Monday - Friday. Same day delivery must be ordered before 12 p.m & be within a 15 mile radius from the Garden Centre.
Every attempt will be made to deliver products within the times indicated at point of ordering. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for extended delivery times which can occur due to traffic and weather conditions outside of our control.
We always recommend that no tradesmen are booked until you have received and checked your goods.
Refunds and Returns in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations
Cancelling your order after you have received the goods
From receiving your goods from an online purchase your customer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of receipt. You will be refunded for the postage also. You need to contact Garners Garden Centre by phone 017826 36428 (Local call charges apply) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within seven working days of receiving your goods. All we request is a brief explanation on why you wish to cancel the goods. All goods must be returned at buyer’s expense.
Requesting a replacement or refund
All goods should be checked by the customer on receiving your delivery. It is very important that you check the goods thoroughly and ensure they are correct to those ordered.
No responsibility can be accepted for damaged product, product shortages or incorrect products after two working days of receipt of goods.
All replacements and refunds can be dealt with by either phone - 01782 636428 or email - email@example.com. All goods must be returned at the buyer's expence. Your refund request will be addressed within 24 hours (Mon –Fri)
