Do you allow dogs in the garden centre?
Yes we love your fury friends! Please make sure to clean up after yourself if your little one makes a mess though!
What is your returns policy?
In order to receive a refund you will need your reciept as proof of purchase and be within the 30 days return period.
Do I need to book a table for the restaurant?
No there is no need to book unless you are in a large group, so simply turn up and enjoy the freshly cooked food.
Does the garden centre have wheelchairs available to use?
Yes we have wheelchairs available for customers.
Do you accept HTA cards?
Yes we not only accept the HTA cards, we also sell them.
What time does the garden centre actually close?
We lock the front door at 16.45 only to get everyone out and through the till by 5.
Are you in a garden centre chain such as blue diamond?
No certainly not! We are proudly a family run garden centre which was established in 1840!
I would like to open a shop within your garden centre, is this possible?
Yes, this is something we are looking to expand on, as we believe small independents are the best type of business. All you have to do is look at high streets up and down the country to realise how generic and boring they would be without the independents! Do you offer local delivery in the garden centre?
Yes we do, for £12 we will delivery any order for you.
